Tim Delaney of Delaney Restaurant Realty is wonderful! Tim has sold many of our restaurants over the years. He is so professional, so nice, extremely honest and his service, guidance, compassion and knowledge make all the difference. I wouldn’t sell or buy a restaurant without him. He is very special and has always steered me in the right direction. Thank you, Tim, for always being there.
